The diagnosis of issues and the provision of training do not necessarily constitute a complete solution to every issue, problem or change initiative. People frequently need further support during periods of change and after training, so that they can build their confidence and motivation as they become fluent in working in the new way as a result of the change.
During periods of change, unforeseen issues often arise that impact negatively on the motivation and performance of the people, even where training has been excellent. The identification of such issues is often critical to the success of the change.
Throughout industry, in many parts of the world, there is growing recognition of the value of coaching, mentoring and post-implementation evaluation of the impact of change initiatives. We are able to provide these services, bringing not only our experience and expertise but also our external perspective.
We can identify post-change issues, facilitate enquiry with the people to ascertain how well the change is working and provide recommendations, coaching and/or other support to help evolve the people into working fluently and confidently in the new way.
