Programmes run for Your Organisation (“Specific Design” programmes)

We can design and run training programmes specially tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Much of our business is conducted in this way. These programmes can include discussion around issues currently prevalent in your organisation and will examine how the programme can be applied in the context of your business.

This does not necessarily mean that you will have to pay for the complete design of a programme from the start point – in many cases we can draw from existing materials where appropriate without having to rewrite everything. We will discuss openly with you what needs to be designed and written and what can be drawn from existing materials.

We will need to discuss with you the specific requirements you have and, usually, it is advisable for us to meet with a small cross-section of the target audience in order to ascertain the situation as they see it. This is most effectively done by way of a short fact-finding workshop of a couple of hours although sometimes, where this is not possible, we can hold one-to-one interviews.

If necessary, we can develop case studies and simulations that are specific to your organisation or industry. However this is not always necessary to achieve the required learning. Case Studies and simulations take time to write and we will not recommend that this is done unless we feel it is absolutely necessary.
