Paul Hazell MEd MCIPD ACIB

Paul Hazell is a Director of PITHON Ltd. He is a business change and training specialist with almost 35 years business experience including 19 years as a trainer and facilitator and 10 years as a consultant. Prior to entering the consultancy and training industry he had a career in International Banking, International Trade and Corporate Finance.

Paul operates mainly in Europe but has also worked in Africa, the Middle and Far East, the USA and Australia. He spent 4 years in the late 1980s living and working in Australia.

As a Business Change Consultant, Paul advises on the people aspects of change projects and carries out business needs analyses to find the best ways to implement, evaluate and support change initiatives. As a trainer, he specialises in Negotiation Skills, Trainer and Consultancy Training, Sales, Business Presentations and Coaching. He also speaks on Business Conferences and is an associate member of faculty with other prominent consultancy organisations including Management Centre Europe, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Manchester Business School and The International Negotiating Academy.
