Managing Performance |

Why use this
programme? Is managing performance the same as Performance
Management? Do we need to do both? Why does performance need to be managed and
what does it involve? What is in it for me as a manager and for the individual
concerned? Why do Performance Management systems so often fail to deliver the
anticipated benefits? This programme examines the principles behind
managing performance and looks at the benefits that arise when people are
managed effectively to maximise performance. There are lively discussion
sessions and the opportunity to practice some of the key skills used so that you
can generate more performance without working harder!
