More Fact-Finding First When
you go to a doctor, before prescribing a cure, he or she will want to diagnose
your ailment through questioning and examination. The real cause of your
symptoms might emerge to be different to what you thought. In
the same way, we need to identify what is causing the “symptoms” that have
indicated to you that training might be needed. We will always seek to clarify
that training really is needed rather than just sell you a course. This can
often be done inexpensively and in little time and might save you the expense of
buying inappropriate or unnecessary training. Fact

use of workshops and / or questionnaires but is often satisfied by a few short
discussions
